How to reach the editor
One address reaches the desk: [email protected]. It goes to Cerys Faulkner, Promotions and Offers Editor, who writes and checks every page on Halden Review. There is no phone line, no live chat and no contact form, because a written message with a link in it is the only thing that lets a claim actually be checked.
Please write in English if you can. Messages in Portuguese, Spanish, Hindi or Thai are read, but a reply may take longer.
What gets a reply
- Corrections. A wrong fact, a stale date, a broken link, a regulatory detail that has moved on. Name the page and quote the sentence; a link to the primary source makes it quick to verify and quick to fix.
- Clarifications. A passage that reads two ways, or a claim you think is stated with more confidence than the evidence supports.
- Requests for coverage. A question about bonuses, promo codes or account offers that the site does not answer yet. These shape what gets written next.
- Press, legal and rights matters. Including anything about how the site describes a company.
What this desk cannot help with
Halden Review is an independent publisher. It has no access to any broker's systems, no visibility of your account, and no ability to act on your behalf. Anything that touches a live account belongs with the broker's own support team, and sending it here only delays it:
- Account opening, verification documents, or a closed or restricted account.
- Deposits that have not arrived, and withdrawals that have not been paid.
- Login problems, password resets and two-factor lockouts.
- Disputes about a trade, a platform error, or a charge on a card or wallet.
- Requests for a working promo code, or for a code to be applied to your account.
If a broker's own support has not resolved a complaint, the escalation route is its published complaints procedure, and after that the financial ombudsman or regulator for the entity that holds your account. This site cannot stand in for either.
How messages are handled
Everything sent to the desk is read. No response time is promised, and none should be inferred from this page: one editor handles the inbox, and a message that needs a source checked takes longer than one that does not. Corrections are prioritised over everything else.
Please do not send account numbers, identity documents, card details, passwords or screenshots that show them. Nothing that arrives here is needed to fix a page, and unsolicited personal data is deleted. Messages may be quoted internally to record why a page changed, never publicly with anything that identifies the sender. How contact data is handled is set out in the privacy notice.
Commercial approaches, guest posts and link requests are read but are not answered as a rule, and coverage on this site is not for sale.
